Enabling Intelligent Notification Services Tracing

Follow these steps to turn on message logging and tracing.
 
1) Go to the Manage Servers portlet and edit the configuration for the server that you suspect has a problem. If you are not sure where the problem is, turn on message logging and tracing for UND, TM, SCS, and DSE. Click the server name, for example, svcund1. There are two entry fields, Message log file name and Trace file name, near the bottom of the page. Enter a fully-qualified file name in each field. The same file name in both fields is preferred so that the logging and trace output is interleaved in one file. Use a different file name for each server.

2) Save the changes.

3) Repeat the process for other servers, if necessary.

4) When you have finished modifying the server configurations, pause all servers, configure all servers, and then run all servers.

5) Reproduce the problem and send the trace files from the folder/directory you specified in step 1.
