Don’t Poke a Bear

First, I love you all, we’re mankind, we share the same genes from the cesspool that started as primordial soup.

OR, Adam and Eve were the Genesis of our species, or if you’re a believer of other deities, you’re bound to know more about that and I respect each of your belief systems.

Back in 2016, when political debates were hot and furious, I bit my tongue and bent over backwards in my acceptance of other’s philosophies and belief systems and politics (and more to the point of this diatribe) kept a benign attitude about the results of the 2016 election. I figured, well, let us give him a chance (and my undying respect to those folks who similar consternation but were of the ilk “let’s just pray for him”).

BUT, then the behavior and impending results, including the Drumpf COVID pandemic, happened. I have family members who were infected by and fortunately survived “the hoax” (including hospitalization with required breathing assistance), therein lies the “poking of the bear”. This bear has been poked!

Either we can all just go with whatever flow is poured into your ears by the traditional and/or social media, accept it unquestionably without thought, or I would challenge each of you, do your own research, or listen to and (as time goes on) BELIEVE the advice/proof the scientific community imparts to us.

If you are reading this, it’s likely (actually probably) via my blog. I started this blog a couple of years ago, you’ve (likely) never heard of it because I’ve never “announced” it as it was really just an experiment adorned with my occasional musings. BUT my blog has already been “attacked” (as of this original posting) 168 times. By “attack”, I mean some entity (foreign agent, human or robot/knowbot), from goodness knows what country or place of origin, political or ethnic persuasion, has tried to break into  my blog and (in my humble opinion) implant (dis/mis)information to sway your opinion, and MORE likely, YOUR VOTE (like, what in the heck other reason would someone want to get into my site, to tell my mom I’m a bad boy?).

The Master Twitter has told (as counted by IMHO many credible sources, you do your own research) more than 20,000 lies, is working on his 7^th personal/professional bankruptcy (not counting bankrupting the US and world economies), is or has been involved in 4000 plus litigations, tells the American populace (and the world) not to worry about his COVID hoax/thing (meanwhile telling his billionaire buddies a less optimistic picture), guess who’s made money (seen the stock market lately, how much money have YOU made?).

For decades, our military and our intelligentsia, in addition to might and technology, have as part of their charter/mandate bore the responsibility to “be prepared” and protect us from harm. They have spent considerable time and effort performing research, analysis, and planning for events and effects that might or probably CAN occur and initiate appropriate research, analysis, planning and action to encounter and engage those futures and as appropriate defend us from them. One such plan is “the playbook”. Over the past few presidencies (Democratic and Republican), US government administrations (or their appointees/delegates) have embraced, considered, and planned these potential futures and have passed on to subsequent administrations this knowledge, considerations, and prescriptive plans. The Drumpf administration was given a robust “playbook” and ignored it and disbanded the part of the administration responsible for it (check the facts) and called home or compromised our embassies and agents abroad whose job is to help protect us. This included a pandemic response plan, which has been ignored and squelched by the current administration, resulting in millions of COVID cases and hundreds of thousands of deaths in the US, and as the US is a leader in practically every aspect of world social, economic and health behavior, has led to corresponding dismal statistics worldwide.

Additional Points (my challenge to you, do your research):

• Has called vets/heroes “suckers and losers”
• POW’s “I like people who weren’t captured”
• Misogynist “grab em by the ……”, I have a mother, a daughter and granddaughter, let him try with me nearby.
• “You’re fired” – when running and upon entering office he said he would and has “hired the best”, so therefore has “fired the best” (how many of original staff/appointees are still there, how many have written books exposing his behavior and attitude, how many regret their complicity).
• Qualifies most of his opines with “that’s what I heard”. I heard Jack had some magic beans, I heard an IBM exec had said “the world will never need more than 6 computers”, and I heard some computer whiz said “we will never need more than 64 meg of memory”. What have you heard and believed that you’re embarrassed to admit have come to know was nonsense?
• “Don’t take my picture when I’ve got a mask on.”
• “Didn’t do too much asking” about his OWN health.
• While campaigning he touted himself as having a perfect memory, “goes with his gut”, can’t even remember what his own doctor told him earlier that day.
• Regarding getting a vaccine/therapeutic for COVID “we’ll have one by….” (well, that’s been a moving target, your guess is as good as his. Ask the FDA or CDC.)
• Regulations – (compared to other countries) do you know why we don’t have buildings collapse on us, have less food and medications infect/kill us, have appliances/vehicles/devices harm or allow us to come to harm, with no recourse or liability to ourselves and loved ones.
• Environment – well, he just doesn’t care, his appointees don’t care, they are enabling and engaging in the ravaging of our wonderful natural resources and beauty.
• Although touts his memory, intellect, cognitive capabilities, and “mind”, has non-disclosure agreements and pending suits against schools, medical facilities, and other institutions and organizations and people, etc. not to expose his poor qualities of these sorts (not to mention the numerous women who said they were attacked/fondled/impugned by him that he’s paid off for their silence)

• We are the laughingstock of the world.
• Publicly stated “I’m more popular than Jesus”, but when John Lennon said this about the Beatles decades ago they were practically crucified.
• Debates/townhalls (not going there, you can find them on the web and can hear EXACTLY what the guy said)
• Women are exiting the workforce in large numbers
• Regarding our economy, he rode the wave that Obama started, accidentally kept it going, and after the COVID crash the stock market has somewhat rebounded but the only people who made money were the rich and funds holders.
• Our education system degrading by the week, our kid’s education quality is degrading and social skills deteriorating and their spirits demoralizing. I personally think the world’s collective IQ will be diminished.
• His,”bout,” with COVID, was he really sick? (all Drs/clinicians had to sign NDA’s; makes you wonder)
